A very happy nomadic carpet called Sumac, which implies that the fabric is woven and embroidered by the Azeri nomads, Moghan (Northwestern Iran, in the province of Ardabil). It was made with geometric motifs, some of which have been used in the design of Bosnian rugs. The small central part of the carpet is green, in the shape of a rhomb, and symbolizes the essence of life; it is surrounded by a beautiful red-colored design that symbolizes love and family unity. The dominant green color symbolizes hope and a happy future. The stylized rooster motif represents daily happiness: according to an old Persian belief, if you hear the call of a rooster in the morning, that day will bring you happiness. The ancient figure of a tarantula symbolizes protection from evil. The carpet size is 193 x 135 cm and the price is 875 KM.
